Individual Coaching

Working with a coach in a one-on-one setting will offer you many benefits, including:  

  • Having an objective listener who does not have their own agenda

  • Creating a non-judgmental space for you to explore and create your plans/goals

  • Identifying obstacles that are getting in your way and that are causing you to repeat the same patterns

  • Having a supportive accountability partner to help keep you on track

Coaching topics vary widely and include stress reduction, relationship building, divorce, grief, parenting, seeking life balance, health challenges, starting a new business, transitions in career, jobs, and living situations and making major life decisions.

Group Coaching

Working with a coach can help businesses and organizations of all sizes, improve communication, raise morale, increase productivity, identify priorities, and build more effective teams.

Typical group coaching sessions involve the discussion of leadership goals, objectives, and core values.

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment is also included. This is an attitudinal assessment that is based on an energy/action model. This is not a personality assessment that labels people, rather it is an assessment that measures one's level of energy based upon one's attitude, or perception or perspective of one's world.  Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.  By working with a coach and the E.L.I. one can alter one's attitude and perspective, make a shift in one's awareness and increase one's energy and leadership effectiveness.

Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) assessment and Debrief

The E.L.I. is an attitudinal assessment that is based on an energy/action model.

This is not a personality assessment that labels people, rather it is an assessment that measures your level of energy based upon your attitude, or perception or perspective of your world.  Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.  By working with a coach and the E.L.I. you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your awareness and increase your energy, and  effectiveness.

This assessment is so powerful and eye-opening that I offer it as a stand-alone service and it includes a 60-minute debrief in which we discuss your results, identify areas of stress in your life, and how you can make changes to eliminate stress and maximize your energy in your daily life.
